OK – after looking at the headlines around the world it is easy to see that people simply don’t understand how this works. It is not a powerplay over judicial v executive. It is about the constitution and our Bill of Rights…

The Executive Branch of our government does not have emergency powers for anything other than certain “emergency” war, police or natural disaster events – even then, in most cases, the President still has to ask Congress for these powers once the initial “emergency” is over… That is exactly why Trump had to step aside and give the power to the Governors when he did – most states give their governors emergency powers which are much broader within the States themselves than we give at the Federal level…

The 10th Amendment to the Constitution says:
“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

We’ve all seen the abuse of power that our state governors have taken advantage of in the last few years – could you imagine our President having those powers? There would be no Bill of Right – No Constitution – No United States… Those of you who think this would be a good thing do not realize the situation it would put you in…

Now, Congress can pass laws or create bureaucracies to deal with these situations – it is in fact their job – but the President can not (that would make him a “King” or “Supreme Leader”). We don’t want our President to have such powers – you may trust the one in office today to “do the right thing” but what about the next one or the one after that…? If we allow it for this instance, what happens next time under the direction of someone you don’t trust?

What is at issue here is: when Congress created OSHA they did not give OSHA the mandate to do what it is being asked to do. Constitutionally, this lawsuit is pretty black and white – this is the first lawsuit and it will most likely be knocked down…

The second law suit concerns workers in Healthcare facilities that receive Medicare and Medicaid funds. Congress “may have” given the bureaucracy which runs Medicare and Medicaid the powers to mandate the vaccine when they created the system – depends on how the charter is read, the person reading it and their ideology…

If either of these mandates would have come down as laws directly from congress, instead of a mandate from the President, there would be no lawsuit – Congress has the power to make laws. They won’t touch this one – if they did, they would lose their job this year and the new congress would undo everything they did… There is too much pressure from the public and none of these folks want to lose their gig…

That is it in a nutshell…

The fact that Comirnaty (the only vaccine which has actual FDA approval) is not made, shipped to nor available in the United States was not considered in either argument…
The fact that these mandates are illegally forcing people to be test subjects for “Emergency Use Authorized” jabs was not considered in either argument…
The fact that these EUA jabs are nothing more than time released symptom suppressants with unknown side effects and no liability to anyone in the manufacturing or distribution (supply) chain was not considered in either argument…
The fact that these jabs were created to protect from a variant that no longer exists and does not protect anyone against “getting” nor “passing” the new variants on to others was not considered in either argument…

It is simply a constitutional issue at the moment… The United States is a government of laws, not feelings… We are not at the mercy of an individual who may not be thinking straight today due to a feeling based on that individuals strong ideology on specific topics – we have checks and balances… At least we do at the moment…

Whether you like it or not, you want to assure these checks and balances stay in place… You may not realize it, but these checks and balances protect your right to think what you’re thinking right now… to feel what your feeling right now… and to do what you’re going to do five minutes from now…

I have to ask again… Simply because, most of us who have had a coronavirus are immune at this point…

If the vaccine is so effective… and those who want it have it…

What is the deal here?

Do you realize how illogical and ignorant you sound when you even attempt to say that the vaccinated are getting it from the unvaccinated? You’re saying that the immune are giving it to the “Fake Immune”. You are saying that the immune are giving it to those who had their “Symptom Suppressant Shot”. Don’t get mad – THINK! At this point, after a year of being out in the world and living in it, very few of us who are unvaccinated have not had this thing… You do realize that right?

In all recorded history of mankind that is how this works – you get it, you live through it, you are then immune…

Now…

Set aside that there is no long term safety data on any of this… set aside that there is no scientific method being used in this worldwide rollout… set aside there has been no double blind/placebo testing before the rollout… set aside there has been no randomized control trials before the rollout… set aside that this is a completely untested, unproven medication that is shielded from liability which is being forced on perfectly healthy people… set aside the ethics and morality of it all…

Set aside that, of those who test positive for COVID:
0-19 year old have a 99.997% survival rate
20-29 year old have a 99.986% survival rate
30-39 year old have a 99.969% survival rate
40-49 year old have a 99.918% survival rate
50-59 year old have a 99.73% survival rate
60-69 year old have a 99.41% survival rate
70 and Up have a 94.5% survival rate

Set aside the issue of not counting a person vaccinated until two weeks after their second shot (or, now, their last booster shot)… setting aside the issue that those you are counting as unvaccinated in the hospitals are between their first and second shot (or their second and booster shot)… setting aside the staggering miscalculation of everything due to the difference between dying “with” or dying “from” which are not being tabulated… setting aside the issue that the vaccine side effects are not being tabulated correctly, if at all…

Does the vaccine work or not? Now, think… Is this really nothing more than a symptom suppressant shot with unknown long term side effects? One that lasts for no longer than a few months before you need another one?

Is this nothing more than taking a time released symptom suppressant with unknown side effects so one can get on with ones day and be a super spreader without any serious symptoms until the time release is up?

The actual peer reviewed scientific data all says that, statistically speaking, the “cure” is worse than the “disease” – so, what’s the deal?

All U.S. Data (if there is any) is under lock and key by the companies making the products while ALL Media proclaims what they wish with absolutely no data to back the words coming out of their mouths. The only data anyone can get is from other countries. The hysterical, almost amusing (if we weren’t talking about people’s lives), part is that even if they had the numbers at this point, the media would still try to explain it away as if they know what they’re talking about – these are not scientist and there is not enough data for anyone to draw a conclusion about anything. These people should be held accountable for their lack of even looking for (at least) three sources of data for anything they say or write. Then again, if they did that their paper would not clear a single story they wrote…
The CDC itself says they can not prove a single case in which they can proclaim an unvaccinated individual infected a vaccinated individual because they are not taking “those numbers”… Why the F wouldn’t they be “taking” ALL numbers? Is it because then the presstitutes would actually have real data to report and turn on them?
After talking one on one with several doctors in the last year and a half, the common consensus among doctors who actually treat patients is that most of the unvaccinated have likely gotten the flu, passed it and are immune to it at this point. They can no longer get nor pass to others ANY Coronavirus – how exactly is this a pandemic of the unvaccinated? Show me the data or shut the hell up!!!

Of those who are Pilots, Marines, Air Force Special Forces, Army Special Forces or USNAVSPECWAR – those who did receive the vaccine can not do their jobs without seriously considering certain factors. These folks are all insanely awesome athletes who need to keep in top form year around – most athletes train to “peak” at certain times of year, these folks need to stay at peak year around – that is really hard on the body. There is also no data whatsoever on what will happen to these folks if they push too many hours in the cockpit, dive too often (or too deep) or jump out of perfectly good airplanes one too many times…
Just from surfing the net for a few hours the other day, I have counted 75 athletes from the ages of 17 to 27 who have suddenly and mysteriously died during training or matches since January 1st, 2021… The ones caught on camera are simply devastating… There has never been anywhere near this many athletes who have died in just 11 months – not even close to these numbers – AGAIN, this is an insane number of athletes to die within this amount of time… Other than being young, in their prime and in training for the sport they loved, the only thing any of them have in common is that they got the jab…

My daughter finally got her orders for forced vaccinations at the Naval Academy. They did not allow her to take the piece of paper they want her to sign with her out of the office, so they would probably hairball if I put the pic she gave me online…

The “SUBJECT” is “COVID-19 Vaccination Administrative Counseling/Warning”…

It continues:
1. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved the first COVID-19 vaccine, Pfizer-BioNTech, for the prevention of COVID-19 in individuals 16 years of age or older, and announced the vaccine will be marketed as Comirnaty. Accordingly, the Secretary of Defense (SECDEF) has directed full vaccination of all service members in the Armed Forces on active duty or in the ready reserve who are not fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Mandatory vaccination can only use COVID-19 vaccines that receive full licensure from the FDA, in accordance with FDA-approved labeling and guidance. Per FDA’s guidance, the Pfizer-BioNTech and Comirnaty vaccines have the same formulation and are interchangeable; Navy medical providers are authorized to use Pfizer-BioNTech doeses distributed under Emergency Use Authorization to administer mandatory vaccinations.

2. ALNAV 062/21 and NAVADMIN 190/21 implemented the SECDEF’s mandate for the Department of the Navy (DON) and Navy, respectively.

3. The following information is provided for your consideration:
a. You health and safety are the Navy’s number one concern.
b. The threat from COVID-19 is deadly and real.
c. Vaccination has proven to be the most effective defense against serious illness cause by COVID-19.
d. Administering the COVID-19 vaccine is in the interest of national security and protection of the force. Receiving the vaccine helps protect your family, fellow Sailors and Marines, and associated DON civilians.
e. In accordance with FDA guidance, the Pfizer-BioNTech and Comirnaty vaccines are the same, and can be used interchangeably without any safety or effectiveness concerns.
f. DoD will administer COVID-19 vaccinations consistent with FDA approved dosing schedules and current standards of medical practice. Pfizer-BioNTech and Comirnaty are two dose vaccines, full vaccination is achieved two weeks after completing the second dose.

4. Your Navy medical record indicates you are not fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Unless you have an approved medical or administrative exemption, or a pending exemption request, or you elect the option in paragraph 7 to request and exemption within 10 calendar days of signing this Page 13, you are hereby ordered to become fully vaccinated for COVID-19 no later than 28 November 2021.
Proof of vaccination must be provided to your command no later than the next duty day following vaccination…

5. This is a lawful order. Refusal to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, absent an approved administrative or medical exemption, will constitute a failure to obey a lawful order and is punishable under the Uniform Code of Military Justice and/or may result in administrative action.

I’m so pissed at how they are trying to manipulate these kids – all of them – all military personnel are kids to an old man – at times, I feel they are all my kids…

If my kid reads this – if they do not give you an exemption there will be a plane ticket waiting for you at the airport of your choice to go anywhere you want between there and here – just “say when”. Make sure they dot all their “i’s” and cross all their “t’s” on their separation papers first so you don’t get busted – and then call when you have those papers in your hand… I’d actually recommend the train across country – it may be the last time you get to see it all before they shut it all down for good… Take some time and take it all in – so you can tell your children and grandchildren what that last trip across America was like…
